Using evidence-informed clinical nutrition, your body’s needs are met first by addressing your diet and the application of the therapeutic benefits that whole foods have to offer. I may then enhance your nutrition with practitioner-only supplements where needed to correct deficiencies.

Mind-body medicine invites you into practices of movement, mindfulness, and connection with nature, and beyond. These practices nurture both body and mind, creating space for balance to return and supporting your whole being in its natural healing.

Our first session is designed to get to know and understand you. During this 75-minute consult, we deep dive into your health journey—past and present. We’ll explore your body systems, diet, and lifestyle. From here, a personalised plan is created to guide you towards balance and renewal.

Experiencing a minor imbalance? Acute prescribing offers support for common health complaints, helping to provide quick relief. Best suited for conditions like colds and flu, coughs, mild sleep disturbances, acute UTI relief, mild anxiety, or stress support. A brief discussion about your concern and overall health picture, followed by a tailored acute prescription.
